The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the College is well aware of its role in improving and assuring quality in academic and related activities of the College.  To ensure adequate student attendance in the classroom and in activities outside the classroom, the IQAC can implement several measures. The IQAC oversees the feedback of all activities and this ensures evaluation and improvement of existing activities.The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions and to promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

Sree Vivekananda Teacher Education Centre,Akkikavu has an active IQAC Cell. IQAC Cell has a pivotal role in initiating and overseeing various activities within the college ensuring the promotion and maintenance of quality culture. Through systematic and strategic efforts ,the IQAC strives to enhance the overall academic and administrative performance of the institution.

Objectives:

• To promote and facilitate various academic activities of the college and make them good practices.
• To facilitate the creation of a learner centric environment, conducive to impart quality education to all sections.
• To equal opportunity and affordability to academic programmes for students from all sections of the society.
• To implement and monitor the critical responses received through feedback systems on quality related aspects.
• Working in tandem with all sections of the institute to thrive for the betterment of the institute.
